Absolutely need an online reservation beforehand
One of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. While the company itself is generally solid, this location is a serious exception. I was given a lemon, and when I brought the car in after it began having issues, they refused to exchange it. It ultimately broke down in their own parking lot. The manager offered no assistance—not even a number to call. I had to track down the corporate number myself and wait over an hour on hold.
