Good customer service really does make a difference in the car rental business. Patient, efficient, friendly and helpful from start to finish. Special props to Calvin for taking extra time by setting up Apple car play and making sure I was comfortable with my car's features.
The Natick Ma location was exceptional service and the car was new, clean and very comfortable.
Enterprise in Natick , Ma was fantastic ! Pickup and drop offs were no problem . Car was ready and attendants couldn't be nicer.
