Wish I could give them zero stars. No car available after reservation confirmation. Other Enterprise location didn’t have the vehicle but helped us find another location. Move on from south broadway location at all cost!
Idiotic management removed the after-hours drop box, so I had to leave the key unsecured in the car. Great job guys!
I had one of the worst rental experiences with Enterprise at the Edmond Broadway location—possibly the worst in the nation. I made a confirmed reservation directly with this branch, only to arrive and be told that my booking could not be honored. Without any prior notice or explanation, I was referred to the airport branch. Shockingly, the airport location was not informed of this transfer and flatly refused to honor my reservation, stating it was not their responsibility.
