Booking online with Enterprise, even checking in early, does NOT mean they actually have a car. I secured a vehicle online Saturday from the Edmond Ok location for pick up Monday. Monday morning they called and said they had no cars available. I don't think this is Edmond's fault, but the failure of the company to provide accurate information. Wasted time. My experience with the Edmond team has in the past been very good. This is a company failure causing the local folks to have to call and say "sorry".
I had JT and he did an amazing! Walked in after being notified they had a car I would like and no less than 2 hours later I walked out with a set of keys lol a smooth and stress free process!
Even if you have a reservation, don’t count on getting a vehicle. And there is absolutely no one that can or will even try to rectify the situation. The employees at the store are useless and there’s no need calling customer service to complain either. Just rent from any other company besides Enterprise.
