Great experience, polite workers
Nick and Reid are awesome! Great customer service. The gent who details the vehicles is the silent partner who does a great job, and expects no compliments- but I extend gratitude to him as well.
Everyone I engage with at Enterprise was both friendly and helpful. Very good experience.
They didn’t have any vehicles available for our reservation which is fine things happen. They told us shelbyville (an hour away) may have one so we drove an hour and was not even close to the vehicle we booked. All to find out ourselves that the vehicle we booked was at a location 20 minutes from our house! Enterprise won’t let us return our vehicle closer to home without paying a $80 fee, even though we already had multiple inconveniences.
