I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Enterprise location, particularly with the "branch manager Colin." As a Platinum Plus member, I expect my benefits to be recognized and honored, but that was not the case here. Really Didn't want to make it a racial issue, but I don't know how else to look at it! Call before you go! They pulled a bait and switch, then charged me for the difference. I called corporate and they made it right. Corporate confirmed their policy: If the vehicle you reserved is not available, the upgrade or replacement does not have an additional cost. This location is just trying to get more $.
Last month our family was headed to Wilmington, NC from Baltimore, MD when our rental started having problems on the highway. After a very trying breakdown experience and a very unhelpful roadside assistant, we finally made it to the Rocky Mount Enterprise (with the help of Officer Wells), minutes after they closed on a Saturday.
