I initially rented my vehicle in CT, with no problems. I started having problems with the vehicle and went to the closest enterprise near me which was the Rocky Mount, NC. I called ahead to confirm they had.a vehicle available to trade in and was told yes. Upon arrival, I was told the only vehicle available was a dirty, damaged SUV.
