Had a car rental reserved for 11:30 AM, got a call at 11:15 and told that they didn’t have any cars available and didn’t know when one would be available. I desperately needed a car to go to a very important doctors appointment. Not A WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE WHO HAD ARRANGED THE RENTAL “AND GIVEN CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PREVIOUSLY TO SECURE RENTAL…..
Terrible place. The parking situation sucks. The customers are rude as hell and park on top of other cars blocking them in when they work at surrounding stores. This place sucks. They need a stand alone store.
Good car, nice staff,efficient.Location is a little tricky to get in and out of but not impossible.
