Staff very helpful...very accommodating to your needs specially after a car accident
I had reserved a Standard Size SUV several days ago. When I arrived today, I was told that the Standard Size SUV was not returned and all they had was a Nissan Rogue. They made no attempt to locate a standard size or larger. Needless to say I cancelled the reservation. I guess it was too much to expect a phone call regarding my reservation before I came in. Horrible customer service that has left me in a bind.
