Excellent customer service at this facility.
I had to book a last-minute rental for a funeral 14 hours away, and the process was smooth and stress-free. The van drove comfortably and was surprisingly good on gas for such a long trip. Most importantly, when my son accidentally left his wallet in the back seat, the staff quickly found it and called us right away. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend.
The agents at the Hanover Park, IL were courteous and answered several of my questions that I am sure they have had to answer many times politely. Will definitely use this office again for future rentals.
