They are always courteous, whether its via phone or in person. They try to handle your rental experience in a speedy fashion, and make it as hassles free as possible. I've used Vincennes, location several times and its always been a pleasant experience with out issues.
I would like for Kristin to be recognized for being very helpful! I was late picking up Saturday and got there a few minutes before they closed, She got everything in order quickly to get me on my way! I returned the vehicle today and didn't know how I was going to get back home 20 miles away, She told me if I was able to wait 30 minutes she would have a driver that could get me back home.. And this type of service is why I'll continue to use this enterprise location for all my rental needs.
