Leaving this review to save others the time and effort: avoid this establishment. Giving two stars instead of one because the issue is only half their fault. My family and another family arranged to rent one minivan each months in advance. However, due to a recall concerning a specific make and model, the location has pulled all minivans off the lots. While I can't blame the company for acting out of safety and responsibility, they have been rather dismissive with our efforts to make arrangements for alternate transportation... read more
It was a very good first time car rental experience! I did miss the $300 deposit required, but thankfully I had the funds to cover it. I did get that deposit back when I returned the car. Otherwise, it was a very simple process!
If I could give a zero I would. Showed up to pick up the truck I had a reservation for and was informed, they did not have one available. At that time they had no vehicles available, that if I would come back about 4 hours later they may have a jeep wrangler available. Um I own a jeep my camping gear wouldn't fit in it, hence I rented a truck. No offer to get a truck from a sister Enterprise, no offer of assistance at all. Basically sorry about your luck.
