10/10 highly recommend this location! Best rental experience in 15 years of traveling. I wish all rental car experiences were this good! We had a slight issue with our rental while out of town and the kingwood team went up and beyond to take great care of us! I dealt with several different team members every time I called and each member was spot on with the service provided! It was service we didn’t expect to get but we got it anyways! I wish all locations were run like this!

They're nice enough, but they keep you waiting at the front counter forever. I know they are busy but the wait time was ridiculous.
