The team at the Kingwood, TX location were so kind and accommodating. As busy as they were they still took the time to greet everyone and ensure they knew they were seen and would be helped soon. I was in and out quickly but the interactions I had were meaningful and impactful. Even the courtesy ride home was pleasant. The staff at this location go out of their way to make renting a car and getting on the road as fast and painless as possible, and made sure I had direct numbers to both the manager and another employee if I ran into any issues before they sent me off on my rescue mission to Austin! It's definitely my go-to location when I'm renting a car from home!!
