Finally made it to my designation to getting my car rental modifications.. The Sales lady hear provided me with the service I needed.. They were busy and assisting other customers .She helped me as fast as I could and explained everything to me . Frustrating experience. I’ve been completely dicked around trying to get a rental — despite having a valid driver’s license. I was told by staff that my license wasn’t acceptable due to a cosmetic crack, even though it’s 100% legally valid and active. I called customer support, and they confirmed that my license meets policy requirements. Yet I was still denied at the counter. Staff were so nice and helpful, didn’t have any issues receiving or returning my rental. Definitely recommend this place and location.
