I had an unfortunate experience at this location today. I approached one of the employees and greeted him in Spanish after hearing him speak the language on the phone. Instead of assisting me or asking how he could help, he immediately responded that he did not speak Spanish and told me to wait, without even trying to understand my needs. I want to clarify that I am fully able to communicate in English, and I would have had no problem continuing in English if he had simply asked. Josh and Daniel were such a wonderful help! Very easy process of pickup and drop off after hours.
Excellence customer service, cars are very clean and perfect conditions to Rent here. I’ve rented now about 4 times and it’s always been great and even gets better every time! Definitely recommend them
