Kindness and trustworthiness, the only thing was that the vehicle offered on the website wasn't available at the office and everything had to be checked again.

I did not encounter the best experience. I had only rented the car for one day and encountered so many problems. They had told me I could return the car after hours and when it was time for my return, I showed up two hours earlier and there was no way to park and drop off the keys because the both gates where locked. I had no way of entering.
