I love enterprise in Philadelphia MS. Great customer service. Nice cars.
I had a reservation in through my job for three weeks. When I can there was only one person servicing three people. I waited nearly an hour to be told they didn’t have a vehicle for me at all . After they proceeded to inform me that they would send my reservation to Starkville for the next day because they would be closed the next day. I called Starkville enterprise the next day and I was told I didn’t have a reservation & that I was still not guaranteed a car . Definitely won’t be returning !
Adam and Khloe at the Philadelphia, MS Enterprise office were great !! They were so very kind and helpful. I can't sing their praises enough!
