Put a car on reservation two weeks before I needed it . Well the day we was to pick up the car.my wife called and Chloe told my wife it will be a little late and Chloe said she would call as soon as it's ready . Well the rental never made it that day and Chloe never called . Be careful getting a reservation from them at least have a back up plan.
I will rent from this location again. I was impressed by the ladies who took care of me and made sure I received my rental as soon as I arrived. Thanks ladies!
Employees are not prompt with getting you in a vehicle and if you don’t purchase the enterprise insurance they practically shame you and insist that you prove coverage if using a major credit card. And they tell you if it comes back damaged you will be placed on a no- rent list so you cannot ever borrow a vehicle with them again.
