Reservation doesn't mean anything. They tried to switch my economy car to a luxury for twice the price, and if you have a debit card rather than a credit card, be prepared to bring extra documentation (proof of residence). Needed a car to drive for the day. Saved myself over $100, walked out with nothing but still felt like I got the best deal in the place.
Best rental car provider for sure.
