I rented a minivan for a family vacation. The service was great when i picked up the rental. A few days in we had a tire go flat. We had to put the spare tire on to get it to a facility to trade it out. The lady in the barr vermont facility was great made the exchange quick and smooth. Dropped the car back off after returning home and delt with michael caliguire and grace albright who made the dropoff quick and easy. Very professional and friendly staff
I will never rent from enterprise again! They never answer the phone, and I got a dirty truck with a quarter tank of gas in it
