Hi- This rental had some challenges that were outside of the control of the Enterprise staff at the New Hartford NY location as well as the Roslindale location yet the team at both locations went above and beyond to help me out. I was having a really tough time after having totaled my car in an accident and dealing with challenges around my kids' health. The team at Enterprise did an incredible job making sure my family got what we needed when we needed it. I'm super grateful!
Our rental was delayed almost 2 hours for a computer error in the system. We were given a car, moved all our items into the car then was told the car had a recall and we couldn’t use it. It also smelled like smoke. The next car we got smelled like marijuana. We got about halfway on our trip and it began to rain, the windshield wipers would not turn on.
