Very pleased with entire transaction. Car was new, very clean and there were no hassles picking up the reserved car, unlike certain other places.

I really enjoyed picking up a rental car from this location. Andrew O. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked all the details on my reservation and then made sure that was what I wanted. Took me out to the car, did the walk around, gave me my paperworrk and I was on the way. Enterprise is lucky to have him. Special Thanks.
