I use Enterprise rental cars for business travel. I was married almost 6 years ago and they have yet to figure out how to resolve an issue with me having two accounts: 1 in my maiden name and 1 in my married name. Every time I rent a car it is an issue and every time a new employee (because they have frequent turnover) tells me they have fixed it.
