Do not use this company. Day of our trip they have no car, despite reservations being made a month in advance. No help! They wouldnt even check other branches. Left on Christmas to “figure it out” alone. Zero stars
Rented a minivan fron the Enterprise location at Hendricks Collision Center in Cary, NC. Top notch experience all the way around!
I called @ 5:07 pm on 11/25/25 to verify my return, my call was answered and I was placed on hold until 5:37 (7 minutes after closing) then the call was picked up and HUNG UP! I was in hold for 30 minutes!! Horrible customer service all around from what used to be my favorite rental company.
