Disappointed for sure horrible service from management Dillion Thomas unprofessional and rude and Chris branch manager does not know the process of handling tows given incorrect information by both gentlemen and then they still say we are responsible for tow fees after being told we are not. Terrible organization with terrible employees. A bunch of vultures who will say anything to nail you with an undeserved damage assessment upon returning the vehicle. You cant 'win' since they hold all of the cards. The sales people there are the pits. Will NEVER deal with this dishonest organization again.
