Do not drop off overnight. They will try to say you’re liable for any damages on their lot. I dropped off the Pacifica around 9 or 10 pm , got a call the next day that everything was good and they send me the final agreement to my email. A month later they’re trying to say I damaged the windshield. If the scratch was there before why not mention in the phone call the next day? Ryan helped me both times, for pick up and drop-off and he couldn’t have been a better associate. He answered all the questions I had about the long term rental that I was about to start and had me laughing and made me feel right at home during the entire process. Thank you!
