Never again using this place. I have been a customer and frequent non insurance user of Enterprise but was immensely disrespected by the staff here over the phone on 6/18 over a payment issue that they still haven’t resolved. Highly disappointed as this was one of the best places to visit, but there has been a change and the way the staff talks to you is absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. Never will user Enterprise again because of this experience and will take my business down the road. Management should be ashamed.

This is my go-to location for all my rental car needs. I like that they’re open until 5:30 PM because it gives me time to get there after work. They know me by name and recognize my car when I pull in!! I will keep coming back :)

I am very disappointed. I have rented the 15 passenger van. On April 25, we have went to the waterpark on April 26. I had took off my Pandora bracelet and put it in the console by the cupholder with us being tired from being all day out in the sun. I had forgot to grab it before we entered our home that evening. I had to be at work at 4 o’clock in the morning so I told My Husband go ahead and drop it off before 9 o’clock which it did get dropped off in time.
