Very bad experience with Enterprise. I went to rent a car, but they refused my rental because they claim that 4 years ago some driver connected to my company scratched a vehicle somewhere. I was never notified about this incident and never received any bill or notice. Now suddenly they say I must pay $1,500 because the insurance supposedly didn’t pay, even though I had no knowledge of this situation. Because of this they refused to rent me a car today. Highly recommend this enterprise on state street! Easy, fast, and top level customer service. The whole process from pick up to drop off was enjoyable! Will rent from them again in the future.

I was surprised how comfortable the mini van was. It was easy to drive.
Always such an easy experience. The staff here are friendly and helpful and always get me in and out when I’m traveling on business. Never had any issue with the cars rented to me either.
