Enterprise was great as I required a vehicle to use while my rouge was being repaired after a deer hit the front of my car. I requested a ‘all wheel drive suv and ‘no odor of a smoker having used it’. A representative was waiting to drive me to their location when leaving my car for repairs. The paperwork only took a few minutes, then he showed me how the vehicle worked, and off I drove. Everyone was pleasant and made sure all my questions and needs were answered.
