I ordered a luxury sedan for a trip to Florida. I was a bit disappointed when I arrived and they only had a Camry and Sentra available (both smelled of smoke). They went out of their way to bring back a Buick Encore from one of the nearby dealerships to make sure I had the best car available. While I am still disappointed that my ordered car was unavailable after booking it weeks in advance, I was happy that they did their best to call nearby dealerships and Enterprises to make sure I got a car I was comfortable with.
Although we couldn't get the vehicle we had originally requested, the agent was very accommodating. She gave us a vehicle that was similar and could accommodate our needs. We REALLY appreciated the agent and her willingness to find a suitable alternative!!
Just another company that doesn't take cash! Wouldn't recommend it!
Great customer service and the rental was better than expected. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Also, there was a nice man selling roses to support his family out front of the store when we returned the rental. My daughter and I each bought ourselves one and cherished that experience too :)
