My parents (78yrs old)went in yesterday and whomever waited I feel took advantage of them since they have never rented a vehicle before. They asked for the cheapest way to go. The-- app not logged in--!! The car alone is $126 add damage waiver its $163. They didn't explain any charges and charged them $219. Keep this in mind if you rent from this location. Now I'm sure they will have an excuse for why this happened, but I believe it was just taking advantage of the elderly.
Local staff is very helpful.
