Very smooth process meet all needs Ty very much
My experience with enterprise was very quick and easy with good customer service
The car was dirty when I picked it up and the passenger window wouldn't close all the way!
I had a fine experience. Reserved day before, paid the fees and deposit at pickup. Car was clean and ready when I picked up. Rented for 2 weeks, no harassing calls etc. I modified my return for a later time on the app, no problems. Returned it on time, employee checked everything, got my deposit back within the hour. No complaints here, will use there service in the future 👍
They took a reservation then called to say they had no cars available and couldn’t give me anything. Then they said *I* had to call other locations to find a car (which they quickly could and should have done by looking in their computer - one of the other local locations I called did that for me). The third location that did get me in a car said they had multiple callers today who also got stood up by the Broussard office and had to find their own car.
