The rental staff is focused on something other than customer service. The car I was rented had three bad tires. When I asked to switch it they were going to give me another vehicle that looked like it had worse maintenance then the one I was rented.
Michael is a real nice guy, whenever it is possible he will try to give you an upgrade... My colleague had a truck while he payed for a compact!
