Since the new manager, a complete 180. Service is very personal, she is very charismatic, and always goes the extra step. This last time a storm held us up on our return, she personally waited for us to arrive so we could return the car. We used to go out of town for rentals, now we only go to her.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from Samantha at Enterprise in Paris, Texas!! The staff is very lazy, will not answer the phone, and is much more concerned with leaving on time than helping customers. This is the worst car rental facility I have ever used!!
