The new manager (I apologize, I forget her name) made the whole experience exceptional. Her customer service skills were outstanding and I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Ketion -Andrea He told me that the boy was fired that the whole team was fired shady stuff going and that I was one of the peoples why they forgot fired. They then went to say that I was getting a car lower than the employees, I’ve gotten car deals for $30 a day plenty of times, that I was in a nicer car due to upgrade due to some issues I was having in the past then went on to saying the team was shady and doing shady things but he made me feel as I was part of what ever inside drama. The staff was attentive and worked quickly to get us the rentals we needed. Highly recommend!
