Due to a lack of full-size car availability at Boston Logan Airport, I reserved a vehicle at the nearby Chelsea location (under two miles away). I appreciated the lower off-airport rates, which made the extra effort worthwhile. However, upon arrival, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite reserving a full-size car, I was only offered a compact SUV — one that unfortunately had a very strong smell of smoke.
