Booked a 15 passenger van a couple months in advance. Pickup was a Thursday, they called me Tuesday evening to confirm I still needed it. I responded yes, and I also tried to move the reservation to pick it up Wednesday evening before closing so we could have it and just head to where we were traveling too. They said they couldn't do that. Cool. I confirm that it will be ready Thursday morning at 8am because that was my reservation slot, they verbally confirm it will be there and ready.
