Staff was very helpful. Enterprise is always my go to for business rentals
Saturday was busy but the young lady was handling it. She still had great customer service.

I rented a car last Friday at 1000 A.M. about 11:30 a.m. as I'm traveling on the interstate to New Orleans the car alarm starts going off and we pull over immediately. The dipstick on the oil was way over full. So I called Enterpriseoffice I rented it from and they said they just had the oil changed and I was sorry they have someone pick it up by Sat morning...it still was not picked up on Sunday so I called the 1-800 number and got him to come get it finally.. they said they were going to void the order but they charged me ... read more
