Excellent service as always. I just returned another rental and it went smoothly. Thank you very much.
I arrived via Uber to pick up my rental vehicle, only to find no one at the front counter. After waiting 6–10 minutes, I was finally told that my reservation would not be available until 12:00 noon. No one called or notified me in advance. To make matters worse, I could clearly see two of the exact units I reserved sitting behind the gate. Now I have to pay for another Uber to get back home.
