Absolutely horrible customer service I’m still in disbelief! I booked a reservation with the Valrico store online and didn’t see a place where it clarified if enterprise offered a military discount so I called and the person that answered was supposedly a “manager” named Rob/Ron whichever. This man was beyond rude! He claimed that the price I was scheduled to pay was supposedly already discounted but the receipt I was emailed didn’t reflect this supposed discount. He had an attitude. Enterprise handled my transportation to and from the body shop and when my truck was finished, all I had to do was drive to the body shop to pick up my truck. I didn't need to worry about getting the rental back to Enterprise. Also, I am a contractor and I need a truck with a trailer hitch and Enterprise was able to provide me with a truck identical to mine. I was completely satisfied.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and after a check-over of the vehicle I felt secure the vehicle was ready!
