I have been meaning to do this review, and a friend just reminded me. Earlier this year, I got a rental from them, drove to grocery store only to walk out and discover the car wouldn't start. I called the 800 number, filed the claim. I was literally single digit temps, and I was told the tow trucker driver would be there in two hours. I took an Uber home. The person during the rental checkout was wonderful and helpful. I gave this place 2 stars because of her. However, the car was extremely dirty and smelled bad; I had to clean it myself to use it. After cleaning, it still smelled so bad, and my nose was stuffy for days.
My mother rented a Ford Bronco from Enterprise at the Spring Hill Suites across from NWFCU on Spring Street in the Town of Herndon on 03/04/2025. As my mom and I were drving to her condo at the Mercer Condos in Reston up the road from my apartment which was getting remodeled and my employer, US Geological Survey, the charging system light came on 3 or 4 times with an alert, "Service Charging System Soon" in the driver information center. The attendents are knowledgeable, curteous, & helpful with each individual customer. Car was FANTASTIC for my needs, & has some excellent safety features for heavy traffic or road driving or anywhere. They work w/one's insurance to help meet additional needs of the customer. Definitely a GOOD car rental experience!! Thank you, Enterprise!
