Very efficient pickup process. Nice to be offered 3 different vehicles to choose from. As it turned out, the fuel level in the vehicle I chose was very low, so I had to immediately hit the gas station to fill up. It wasn't a big deal bc I had the time and money to fill it up with fuel. However, it would have been nice to at least have a half tank of gas upon picking up the car. On the flipside though, I didn't have to worry about the fuel level when I returned my rental.
