I called the number to Centerville location and someone from call center picked up my call and booked saying my 7 seater is available and ready for pickup. I got a call from the location saying they have no availability and they don't know why the call center accepted the reservation. I had to stay on the phone for long hours which delayed my whole family’s day trip plan. I came in for my car rental reservation on a graduation weekend and unfortunately people weren't returning their cars on time. Christian was extremely professional and helpful and immediately called other locations to find a vehicle for me. I appreciated his help so much! Thank you Christian!
The costumer service was totally amazing. I waited in a line of a few people but he made sure to check up on all of us. He was very nice and very informative, as well as laid back in the type of way that makes a guest feel comfortable and trusting in the service. 10/10 stars and I will be recommending this place to people almost fully because of the customer service experience. Very disappointed. I am accused of a damage that was made prior to me renting the car. I noticed and brought attention to it, I was told it’s okay and should not be a problem when I return the car. It is a problem and an internal claim is filed against me. I am innocent on this damages yet I am getting pinned on taking the blame.
