Drove 40 minutes to pick up a vehicle only to be told that they did not have ANY on the lot and it would be at least an hour and a half before any arrived. Had to completely change planes and drive an hour in the opposite direction to pick up a vehicle. Plus the length of time was cut down by a day. Online site is not dependable at all. Forgot to mention, I needed a vehicle to travel to my sisters funeral. You failed on this one Enterprise
I was involved in an accident,the man that hit me had insurance and arranged a vehicle rental per Enterprise. When I showed up after putting my vehicle in the shop to be repaired was informed that they had no vehicles. The rental was prearranged per the insurance company. They told me to come back later that day,which I did and no vehicle was available. I was then told to come back the next x2 and still no car. I was finally given a car on the 3rd day. The absolute worst experience. Not only did they overcharge me, but then failed to reimburse me when I called them out on their fraudulent transaction. I will never recommend using them again!! Poor customer service and overall horrible experience.
The absolute best in the business. The employees are personable and professional and look to solve any problems that the customer encounters in a kind and caring way.
