My encounter with Enterprise was one of the highlights of the trip. I have been coming here for years, and just about every time, they have treated me as if I were a VIP. This recent visit was no exception. I would heartily recommend this branch at any time. Of course, they're going to get overwhelmed at times of high volume. But I believe they have demonstrated a consistent standard of excellence. And I say this in all sincerity.
terrible, terrible. Landed at Buffalo airport. went to Enterprise desk. Was told I needed to go just a mile to Genesee St. to pick up my car. No courtesy ride. Had to pay eight dollars plus two dollar tip for cab!!!!!! Got to location at 10:45 AM. There were 10 (TEN) ahead of me. They close at NOON. Was there until 12:15 PM even though I reserved my car. Was told there were no cars and they gave me a van which I didn't order and I didn't want. Returned the car and I was told to call a cab to return to the airport. My car was... read more
