The experience was wonderful. Melanie and Cass were so warm and welcoming! They created a positive and friendly atmosphere. They were quick to complete everything and get us on our way. I highly recommend this branch!
Location was coinvent. Vehicle was clean inside and out. The employees were friendly and helpful. I have used this location in the past and will use it again.
Tried to scare me into bringing a car back early by telling me my insurance wasn’t going to cover it. Probably shouldn’t have other staff telling customers you are short on sedans while you’re trying to strongarm people into bringing one back 3 days early. Crazy.
Changed from 1 to 4 starts. The branch did not charge me for the extra day and made sure my son and I were quickly taken home after dropping off the car. Original review: I was assigned this rental company after being rear-ended. I had to wait nearly an hour to be picked up from the autobody shop, despite calling ahead.
