Terrible experience. The Company has gone down hill, they used to care about you and were top line with customer service. Don’t rent unless unless you want a car which WILL break down on your trip and you will be stranded. Enterprise would not find us a trade anywhere, would not refund, would not help whatsoever at any location. They wanted us to drive their broken vehicle over an hour away to a location which told us to kick rocks- this after 7 hours of phone calls in the middle of our vacation and a bunch of lies.
