I was charged fees for a lockout that was not my fault and was not told I would be charged for the fees when they came out to provide service. Not going to use this company again, and even after discussing the situation with the manager at the airport for enterprise, they would not budge. They would apparently rather lose a customer who travels frequently, then reverse a small fee. Short-term profit for a long term loss of revenue.
