Very friendly people super accommodating, had exactly what I needed. All around very pleasant experience. 10/10 would highly recommend!
Will update further , but be sure to check vehicle before leaving the lot as they just rush you into signing the paperwork on there tablet soon as you exit the elevator. I also had asked him if I can pay for the fastrack or how does it work , he immediately stated that it wouldnt be charged , I clearly stated to him that I have the fastrack at home and can add it , he instisted that I didnt need it , now there charging me $180+ in tolls , when I could of avoided this , I was very mislead , BRINGBACK THE PAPER THAT LETS YOU C... read more
I was helped out by Ivan and his team. In the past, I have always had issues with rental car companies and waiting over an hour to get my car. This time everything went smoothly with pickup and I was out within 15 minutes. The team made me feel welcome and Ivan took great care to show me around the car. I had no issues with the car and the return went just as smooth. Great experience and definitely would rent from enterprise in San Jose again.
I rent about once a year from the San Jose Meneta airport location. Lux SUV or car. The last couple of years have been trying, but this year they have really stepped up their game! We were in and out in just a few minutes with the right vehicle. If it's new management, kudo's to the new manager! Very happy how things went.
This location was very reasonable. I met a manager by the name of "Jared". My flight was delayed and he was able to get me a vehicle that was enough to satisfy my specific needs. I showed up so late that most vehicles in the class I wanted were gone. The cars were clean and the process was simple. I hope to return and work with Jared again! Can't wait to visit you guys again and rent another great vehicle.
