Ian is the one who initially helped me set up the appointment and Ian and Brittany both helped me at the location. Overall all around great customer service from this location and would definitely rent from them again.
This is one of the worst customer service the manger/Bridget should be learn how to treat customers she has no patience lie about everything.

had a confirmed reservation at this location with my spouse but when we expressed concerns about the poor service I was receiving and asked to speak with a manager, the branch manager cancelled my reservation on the spot. The way this was handled felt discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should have their reservation cancelled simply for voicing a concern. 10/10 won’t be back
