I went in today after dropping my car off next door for repairs. The young man at the counter took his time coming over and didn’t offer any assistance or attempt to look up available discounts. I ended up booking online myself, and when I mentioned the discount under a shared last name, he said the person had to be present—something he failed to mention earlier. fast and friendly
My sister returned a car and she didn’t know I hadn’t gotten cash I put in it out of it yet. Which was our wrong, but I happened to be 10 minutes away so I just said I would go get it out of the car. Of course when I got there, they told me there was no cash in the car because they checked. Refused to let me look and told me there was nothing they could do. The car was literally there. Go to a different enterprise!!! Was my only cash at the moment so wasn’t thrilled
