Excellent, friendly service st my local Lakewood Oh Enterprise office when I needed a car when mine was being serviced after an accident.
I can’t remember the guys name but can accurately describe him and why I will never rent here again. The guy looked like the main character from blues clues and acted like he had drank 27 Red Bulls for my 8a reserved rental. I arrived at 7:45a. The line of people grew a lot. No rentals available because the staff was out picking them up. Blues clues then decided to change my vehicle to a sub par vehicle with no gas. I didn’t leave until 9:45 and was late to work. The television show sucked just like this location.
