I haven’t used Enterprise in many years, but I will be using them from now on. They were quick to pick my daughter and myself up and service at the branch was fast. My daughter was also getting a rental and didn’t want “anything embarrassing “. Brian was very accommodating and got her in a Jeep Wrangler, which she loved. Everyone was friendly. We were both able to drop our rentals off at the body shop and be on our way with our own cars. I highly recommend enterprise in Lakewood OH.
Ill be honest with you all. The only thing good about this place is the convenience when you need a car. The prices are absolutely outrageous and the deposit is insane. The sales people are good though and friendly, but the company as a while is horrifying. If I had been able to get to another location farther away I could have saved over 100.00. And lets face it....if you need a rental it truly is just about cost per day. You are not cruising around cleveland in a Corvette...if you are, you are flexing in the wrong place.
I recently rented a car from Enterprise on Warren Road. I I was completely satisfied. Their staff was kind and helpful. They made this an easy, pleasant experience. I would definitely rent from them again.
They at the lakewood location did their job exceptionally well,and that is what will bring me back.
