The best customer service at the Garners Ferry location! Will definitely use Enterprise again.
Rented a car yesterday and the car smells like complete piss. I noticed it later that night. My friend actually sat in the piss smell on the passenger seat, the seats of already had scratches on it. I will never rent a car here again. I am already out of town and can’t change it at this point.
Danielle was the best manager I have ever come in contact with. She walked me through each process as they arose. Leesh don't know if I spelled it correctly but when Danielle wasn't around she never missed a beat and kept me riding when my vehicle wasn't finished. They both need promotions and raises ASAP 🤞🏿
