Joey was thorough professional, and friendly!
They suck at communication. And fun fact it looks like my reservation is about to be on hold for 2 weeks now and I pull up they say they don't have cars available, but when I get there, they're handing somebody the keys every time. I get told on the first priority. I've called corporate.I still don't get no call back. There's a lot other better places to go rent a car from. Save yourself the trouble
This company is an absolute mess. They send out threatening emails claiming my rental contract was overdue when in reality the problem was on THEIR end. Even my bank confirmed they need to update their system. I had to get my attorney involved just to deal with their incompetence. Instead of fixing their clerical errors, they harass paying customers. Unprofessional, sloppy, and not worth the headache. Avoid this place at all costs. 🍀
