I rent a F150, the truck had a great condition. Austin and Francisco provided top-notch customer service, highly recommended!
Did not show up to pick me up at Gerber Collision. put Gerber Collision on hold for forever and hung up on them the first time, when they were calling for a ride for me. Then after getting a ride to Enterprise from a nice man at Gerber Collision, I had to wait in line again to get a vehicle when everything was supposed to be already set up. This made me over an hour late to work.
the after hours parking lot security sensor is so loud and sensitive it goes off several times a night. every night. and despite living in the apartments behind their entire building it sounds as if its coming from in my room :) every. night. edit: i have not ever been a customer and likely never will be. :) edit: it has been SEVERAL WEEKS and no change in volume level!!! IF ANYTHING ITS GOTTEN LOUDER! same as it has been every night pretty much since we moved in! are all enterprises this obnoxious or just this one? :) RECCO... read more
Great customer service, friendly staff. Visited this location at pick up and drop off, and interaction with the different staff was excellent.
