When I initially reserved the vehicle, the weather was good. I later extended into snowy weeks and the Sporty Turbo was terrible on ice. The service was outstanding for giving me my vehicles, my iPass responder, and a timely refund.
I booked a car for 9 days through Hertz cause they were cheaper. After asking them about the total costs, NOTHING was mentioned about a deposit even after I had asked about it. I called Hertz to let them know I was running late and confirmed the total and at which time they informed me that in fact there WAS a $200 deposit in addition to the amount I was previously told.
