Made a reservation a week in advance for a vehicle. Had travel plans and needed a specific type of car. Got the email to check in 24 hours before pick up time. Got checked in. Then, day of rental 6 hours before pickup time, they call me to let me know they don't have that vehicle available and won't. Nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating!! Ended up having to spend extra time and money getting a different car, from a different company in Grand Island.
Make sure you do a full investigation of the vehicle they plan on renting you with your own documented proof of all existing damage. They will tell you that the damage has been captured on their report and then will charge you for the fix before you have the opportunity to review and deny that it was ever agreed to be captured. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Had a reservation to pick up today at 2pm, I get there, NO CAR. Then the guy tells me that he had me down for yesterday, not my fault they scheduled it wrong. I live 1.5 hours away and now have no car for work because I can’t make another trip up here and WILL not make another trip up here just to be told there’s no car.
