Excellent service by Dale. He turned a catastrophic and terrible situation created by Enterprise Customer Service and The Lincoln,NE branch and made it good. I expected to stay mad at Enterprise forever but at least Dale was decent so maybe not
A friends Rental car was confirmed for today and when we showed up they told us the earliest they could pick up a vehicle was SUNDAY. After we dropped off their car to the shop. Could have used a phone call notifying us that they didn’t have anything.
There should be a zero star option as this place definitely qualifies. Reservation was made through corporate fleet service and I received a confirmation number and confirmation time. Arrived on site to be told there were no vehicles available. I was sent away with the promise they would call as soon as vehicles were available. I have yet to receive a call a week later and unable to reach this location on the phone. What a joke
