If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Had a reservation to pick up today at 2pm, I get there, NO CAR. Then the guy tells me that he had me down for yesterday, not my fault they scheduled it wrong. I live 1.5 hours away and now have no car for work because I can’t make another trip up here and WILL not make another trip up here just to be told there’s no car.
We called ahead, got a confirmation number, drove for two hours only to be told they were "over booked" and didn't have a car. No "we are sorry" or "we can try to help you find one". NOTHING!! They even said it is "company policy to never turn down a booking." They said they tried to connected us, but we received no email and they didn't have our phone number. I know big companies use call centers, but is it to much to ask for them to be honest about product availability?
Very friendly staff! Worked great to take the team to Lincoln for a team fun day!
Booked car day before it was confirmed . But same day I had pickup I got call from rental center saying they are overbooked and will put me on a list . So people pre-plan have tp travel and have flight tickets pre scheldule . Thanks enterprises for not doing efficient job and mess the work of months....
