Best place to rent a car from. Staff are so nice and quick. Will rent from them again
Well it was not the best experience. I thought they really messed me up. But it turns out they did not. I was to go to Ft Collins from Ames. Iowa but extreme high winds and Xcel Energy shutting off tens of thousands of people,'s energy all along the Front range plus closure of my route into Ft Collins made me turn around and go to my plan B destination. Dail got my return taken care of super fast. Really friendly service and he drove me back to my hotel. The right people absolutely make a business, this was great customer service.
Friendly service. Bit inconvenient that they are so far from the airport, and their hours of operation don't align with all (only a few) flights in and out.
