Ended up walking home because the enterprise website doesn't work. Don't trust this company they only care about insurance companies. Rude staff.
Very simple, I had a reservation last minute. I showed up to the location, my rental was running and ready to go. I met up with the helpful employee inside building to sign agreements, and I was out with the rental in two minutes.
Originally, not very happy with the guy who i talked to. He was rude. After the first encounter, things went better and they gave me a nice car to drive.
If you need a car go somewhere else this place won't lift a finger to help anyone
Nate was courteous and professional, and made the return process seamless! He even gave me a ride back to the hotel so I didn’t miss my conference meeting! I will do business with Enterprise again thanks to Nate and the Kearney team!
