Manager assistant Lennox (Bellflower location) was extremely helpful for this mom. I was, preparing to leave for a stunt job in the mountains. And my own car decided to break down. So checked out all the rental places, enterprise had the best rate. I was so distracted with getting my gear ready, along with packing for myself and my child. They do not have enough EV vehicles at the Bellflower location and the Ontario and Los Angeles airport locations refused to exchange the car even though I could see EV vehicles in their lots
We had an incredible experience! Alex and Lennox were incredibly kind and friendly to us. They helped us get in and out very quickly. Their positive attitudes and smiles were very refreshing and we were happy to see them again upon our return. We will definitely be back for any of our rental needs. Thank you guys!
