The staff here is top notch
I really appreciated how warmly I was welcomed by the Enterprise team. They were friendly, professional, and very easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and I was very happy with the car I received. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly rent from Enterprise again.
Enterprise is usually a little more pricey compared to others, but this was worth it. The employees were really nice and professional and the car we received was perfect for my family.
I had a mechanical issue with the car that I rented and picked up in Des Moines and am grateful for the service I received from Kevin at the Davenport 53rd street location. Kevin is a top notch representative for Enterprise and was obviously working solo on a very busy Saturday morning. I waited patiently and observed as he juggled several customers while maintaining service with a smile. I appreciate his professionalism and would be honored as a business owner to have a guy like Kevin represent my company. Thank you, Kevin!
