I was in need of a vehicle while another was being repaired, so I turned to this Enterprise location based on the positive reviews. The vehicle they provided me was missing a hub cap and had scratches all over the exterior. Not exactly the image I would want to portray as a rental car company. Had I not been in a rush, I would have refused the vehicle. I think the photos speak for themselves. Do better Enterprise.
Needed a car last minute and found this location was 5 minutes from our hotel. The prices were better than many other car rental places and this location was so easy. The process was fast and the employees were very nice! When I returned the car (7/31 around 5pm) the young lady (sorry forgot her name) was so helpful and nice. I was ordering an Uber for pick up and she mentioned if my hotel was close she could drop me off, so I was able to cancel the Uber and she dropped us off. Top tier service from this location! Great little establishment right in the heart of Tysons. The staff was friendly and did a great job. The rentals are great here, I'd suggest the premium sedan at this location. Overall 5/5
