Professional and courteous staff! It’s clear they enjoy working there, and that positive energy transcends to customers. The inside of the car was spotless, and they offered a great variety of options…just like airport locations, but in the convenience of a neighborhood location. A friendly and awesome gentleman even drove me home safely after I returned the vehicle. I truly felt appreciated throughout the process, and I’ll definitely return!
Enterprise compensated me for problem
I was in need of a vehicle while another was being repaired, so I turned to this Enterprise location based on the positive reviews. The vehicle they provided me was missing a hub cap and had scratches all over the exterior. Not exactly the image I would want to portray as a rental car company. Had I not been in a rush, I would have refused the vehicle. I think the photos speak for themselves. Do better Enterprise.
