Walter is a superstar human and I believe manager at the Fountain Hills Enterprise location. My son is a Mayo Patient has 5 doctors there as well as AZ Integrated Neurology, Pain and Spine for multiple life threatening medical conditions. We have been renting since October of 2025 when we arrived for care. It has become extended medical care. Never imagined we would be here 5 solid months.
