The car was fine and everything went as expected at pickup. I turned the car back in and was told my security deposit would be refunded the next day. Many unanswered phone calls and calls to customer service later, none of the agents I spoke to could help me get my rental closed out and deposit refunded. I had to go through my bank and file a claim for the security deposit. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my final receipt. I will not return to this Enterprise location.
This is the only car rental company that I have seen that shows renters how the car operates. That little extra is a great service to customers. Well done!
Interprize was great folks to work with. AJ bent over backwards to get the right vehicle for me. It's Enterprise for me again and again!!
