The staff was very kind and patient, if you ever need to rent a car while in the Brownsville area, this is the enterprise rental you should go to.
Zero stars if I could. Avoid this branch at all costs! The agent who helped my husband a month ago just handed over the keys and completely skipped the mandatory pre-rental walk-around inspection.Thank God my husband noticed a massive crack in the windshield before driving off and took a timestamped photo. He returned the truck to a different branch in New Mexico and explicitly told the employee there about the pre-existing crack. Enterprise needs to get their stuff together. The local office is great, supportive and helpful. GiGi the manager is a Rockstar and deserves a pay raise or bonus or something for having to constantly cleanup the mess that Enterprise creates for her location. The Enterprise app showed luxury and elite cars available, so I reserved an elite. I show up and GiGi let me know they dont have any and not sure why it always says they do.
