400 dollar deposit is insane
Sugar Land Hwy 6 location is fabulous! They have always had the vehicle we reserved, and people are so polite and want to be sure all goes well. This trip, we got safely to our destination, unloaded, and were getting some additional groceries and ice. The rear lift gate hatch broke on our minivan, and would no longer latch or lock. Our son had to lay in the back holding the door closed! We called the roadside assistance, and they sent a tow truck to pick up the broken minivan. Great experience checking in to pick up a car, horrible service at the return location. (Which was a different city) I would expect the same great service and was disappointed. Will not be using Enterprise again
