Manager gave person service even tho super busy with rentals.
Our rental car experience was awful with zero assistance or compensation. We had a 15 passenger rental van reserved for our family of 8, plans to drive from Kansas to Pigeon Forge, TN for a week. The DAY we were to leave we learned of a recall on the van, NO heads up, they were unable to reserve us ANYTHING else even similar and our trip was cancelled. SO much money lost and ALL we got was an “I’m so sorry” I do not recommend relying on them for anything.
