If I could give lower than a 1 star, I probably would. I called this location last week and reserved a car for today, September 24, 2016. They said, "pick up time 12:00 noon?" I said "sure". I arrive there at 12 noon on the dot to a locked building. I catch the employees outside leaving. I said, "Excuse me sir, do you work here?" He said yes so and I told him I have a 12:00 pick up time.
