I had a rental car from the Doraville location for 6 weeks. The car was fine but it did smell like smoke. Sreekar was very helpful over the phone and we spoke several times because my rental car was being covered by insurance. Dihanh was awesome when I returned my car and gave me a ride to the collision center to pick up my car.

Update- Still no response and the worn wheel bearing is louder and louder. Come here at your own risk. They take reservations for vehicles categories that they don’t have. Then attempt to argue with you about the rate of the vehicle because they have to give you a vehicle normally rented at a higher rate for the reserved rate price, which he STILL DID NOT MATCH. To make matters worse, the damn Pathfinder has a worn wheel bearing that needs replacement but they won’t exchange the vehicle for the size that I need or the same o... read more

Come here at your own risk. They take reservations for vehicles categories that they don’t have. The staff is very friendly but this location sure does take a lot of reservations for vehicles they don’t have. I had to wait in the lobby for them to bring one from another location and the same thing happened to TWO more people that came in after me while I sat here waiting. Them operating this way is VERY inconvenient. So if you rent from here be aware that you could very well show up and they not have a vehicle for you.
