Booked a vehicle ahead of time, got the confirmation email, only to be told the day of that my car was no longer available. I do not recommend this location.
The car I was given had shaking issues on the interstate probably wheels making it difficult to drive at the speed limit. I only got to keep it for about four days, which I found to be ridiculous—especially since I wouldn’t have needed to rent from enterprise in the first place if some complete idiot hadn’t totaled my favorite car. Customer service was awesome but that’s about it!!
The staff is friendly and respectful. The do their best to get you in and out quickly. The ability to leave your vehicle while you rent sets this location apart from others.
