Fantastic help from D! Great experience Will rent again. Even just for fun some time.
Our reservation was a little behind schedule today, but I still am giving 5 stars for customer service and communication. Jaden called us prior to the reservation to let us know our rental was coming from another location and would be a little behind. Once we got there the morning traffic held it up a little further, but Jaden kept us updated and was very apologetic and helpful to get things running quicker on his end. Love this enterprise!! Customer service was excellent! Manager Diahn was customer service friendly as well as Joe who is super customer service focused. They recommended a Camry hybrid for economical purposes ( as this is what I requested). They listened!!! Pricing was excellent too!
