Had a reservation for a rental and they were supposed to pick us up at the collision center at 9:30am but forgot us. Didn't get picked up until after 10:00. Then they were too busy to take care of us at the rental facility. Still waiting to get into a car. Good Customer service is a thing of the past people.
We had a reservation made through our insurance 5 days ahead of time. Our car was dropped off at the collision center and we were due to be picked up at 9:30 a.m. by Enterprise to come pick up our rental here. We had no word for them at 9:45. My husband called they said someone was on their way. When our driver finally showed up 15 min later he apologized several times for the late pick up. Our pick up was never put on the board.
