In store experience was professional and handle nicely but reservations from the start over the phone was no communication.

I felt this could be a possible "Bait & Switch" situation in Hendersonville, NC. I booked a Subcompact through Hotwire.com knowing & trusting it was Enterprise, & had a confirmation #. When I arrived the next day, the site manager said that there was no subcompact available to which I said I would take anything as I expected to drive extremely low miles, under 40.
